A lightweight shipping mailer with an opaque body, self-sealing adhesive flap, and customizable full-surface printing. Suitable for apparel, accessories, documents, and other non-fragile products used in e-commerce and courier shipping.
These printed poly mailer bags combine shipping protection with branded packaging in a lightweight format. The opaque polyethylene body keeps the contents from being easily seen from the outside, while the peel-and-seal adhesive flap allows orders to be packed without additional sealing tape.
The sample shown measures approximately 10 × 13 inches with a film thickness of approximately 2.4 mil. Its flexible construction works well for clothing, textile products, fashion accessories, documents, and other non-fragile goods that do not require rigid outer packaging.
The exterior can carry an all-over pattern, logo, brand message, or seasonal artwork. Size, film thickness, color, printing, and adhesive structure can also be adjusted for different retail and e-commerce programs.
The non-transparent film helps conceal packaged items during storage and transportation, making it suitable for apparel, personal accessories, and direct-to-consumer orders.
A peel-off release liner exposes the adhesive strip. Once the flap is pressed closed, the package can be prepared for shipment without extra tape.
The large printable area can be developed with logos, repeating graphics, brand colors, campaign artwork, or other custom designs. This allows the shipping package itself to become part of the brand presentation.
The polyethylene film can flex around soft goods and withstand normal stretching and handling during packing and transport.
