INITI started with a small three people team in Hangzhou, focusing on shopping bags, non-woven bags, suit bags, and paper packaging products for overseas markets. With only a few employees and a small office, we began building our foundation in the bag manufacturing industry.

2013 — Entering Global B2B Markets

We established our first factory in Wenzhou, China’s well-known printing and sewing manufacturing region. At the same time, we launched our first Alibaba international platform and built a dedicated digital marketing team to expand globally. Our factory covered 100㎡ with 20 employees at the beginning.

As demand increased, our factory and team continued to grow. We expanded our product line from promotional packaging bags into more functional and customized bag solutions, including tote bags and retail packaging products.

We began working with internationally recognized companies including McDonald’s and Walmart, and became an appointed China bag supplier for Disney projects. The factory rapidly expanded to support large-volume international orders, with the team growing to over 200 employees.

INITI became a designated supplier for Coca-Cola shopping bag projects in China and received Coca-Cola’s Green Level Certification. This milestone marked our transition toward environmentally responsible manufacturing and strengthened our position among leading bag manufacturers in Cangnan.

Our products were exported to 158 countries worldwide. To improve efficiency and quality consistency, we upgraded the factory with automated production systems and expanded the manufacturing area to over 10,000㎡. The company officially upgraded to: Zhejiang INITI Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

We expanded operations across 8 international B2B platforms and integrated a supply network of 169 upstream and downstream partners. Serving over 10,000 global customers, INITI became recognized as one of the TOP 3 bag manufacturers in Cangnan.

Our digital marketing team expanded to 40 people, and we established 3 independent websites focused on global B2B and retail markets. Products evolved from traditional promotional bags into higher-value retail and customized packaging products, serving more than 2,281 e-commerce customers worldwide.

We launched overseas brands including INITI and NanStory, while securing government land for our future factory development project. At the same time, we introduced digital UV printing and sublimation printing equipment to improve customization flexibility, production speed, and small-batch manufacturing capabilities.

The facility will adopt rooftop solar, rainwater recycling, recycled plastic production, GRS-certified materials, eco-management and rooftop green areas. Combining renewable energy, recycled materials and smart manufacturing, we will build greener supply chains for global clients. This upgrade also marks our long-term investment in eco-friendly packaging and future-proof production for B2B partners.
