  • INITI is a manufacturer and exporter specializing in custom bags and related packaging. Our production covers material inspection, printing, cutting, sewing, assembly, quality inspection and packing. For multi-SKU projects, we can manage shared material sourcing, separate artwork and color files, sample approval for each SKU, production scheduling, in-line QC, carton marking and shipment planning. For large programs, we recommend confirming the SKU list, estimated quantity per style, packaging requirements and target delivery schedule before sampling so production can be planned as one project rather than as separate orders.
  • Yes. INITI provides both OEM and ODM services. We can manufacture according to your existing design, technical drawing, reference sample or specification, and we can also assist with material selection, structure development, size adjustment, branding methods and packaging solutions for new projects.
  • Yes. A reference photo is usually enough for an initial evaluation, but an accurate quotation normally requires size, material, quantity and logo requirements. If you can provide a physical sample or technical drawing, we can evaluate details such as fabric weight, lining, reinforcement, zipper type, handle construction and internal structure more accurately before sampling.
  • Customization options depend on the product type and intended application. Common materials include cotton, canvas, RPET, polyester, nylon, jute, non-woven fabric, PP woven fabric, PVC, PU and insulation materials. Logo methods may include screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, patches, debossing, embossing or other suitable techniques depending on the material and design. Colors can normally be selected according to available stock colors or custom color requirements subject to material MOQ.

  • Yes. Samples can be developed before mass production so you can check the size, material, structure, color, logo position and workmanship.   • Sample development time depends on the product complexity, material availability, printing method, accessories and whether custom tooling or special materials are required. Standard structures using available materials can usually be developed faster, while complex or highly customized products may require additional time. The estimated sample schedule will be confirmed after we review your specification.
  • A typical project includes: Inquiry and specification review → quotation → sample development → sample confirmation → pre-production approval → material preparation → mass production → quality inspection → packing → shipment. The exact process may vary depending on the product, quantity, compliance requirements and buyer approval procedure.
  • Quality checks are carried out at several stages rather than only after production. Incoming materials are checked before cutting. Printing, embroidery or other branding is reviewed before assembly. During sewing, inspectors check dimensions, seam quality, handle attachment, zipper operation and visible defects. Final inspection focuses on workmanship, appearance, quantity, packaging and consistency with the approved sample. For projects with specific buyer standards, inspection criteria can be confirmed before mass production.
  • Reinforcement depends on the material, product construction and intended load. Load-bearing areas such as handles, shoulder straps and attachment points may use reinforced stitching, bartacks, box-and-cross stitching, additional webbing layers or other structural reinforcement where appropriate.   • Yes. We can cooperate with buyer-appointed or independent third-party inspection companies when required. Inspection requirements, timing and acceptance criteria should preferably be confirmed before production so that the factory can prepare the necessary documents, samples and inspection access.
