A large insulated carrier developed for pizza delivery, restaurant takeout and catering transport. Its wide square base holds flat food boxes without turning them vertically, while the insulated construction helps maintain food temperature during short-distance delivery.
This insulated pizza delivery bag is built around the shape of pizza boxes rather than a conventional upright cooler bag. The 50 × 50 cm square base provides room for stacked takeaway boxes, while the 15 cm height keeps the carrier relatively low and stable during transport.
A wide zippered front panel opens downwards, allowing pizza boxes to slide directly into the bag. This loading method is practical for restaurants and delivery operations because boxes can be inserted and removed without lifting them through a narrow top opening.
The thermal structure combines thickened non-woven fabric, EPE foam and an aluminum film lining. The insulation surrounds the food compartment to help reduce temperature loss between the kitchen and customer.
