This PU leather cosmetic pouch uses a spring-frame opening instead of a zipper, giving the bag a cleaner exterior and faster access to the contents.
Pressing the two sides of the top frame opens the pouch, while releasing the frame allows it to return to the closed position. This makes the structure particularly suitable for products that users access frequently, such as lipstick, compact makeup, perfume samples, earphones, jewelry and other small accessories.
The flat rectangular body keeps the pouch compact when it is not heavily filled. Unlike a deep vanity case or multi-compartment organizer, this style is intended for small daily essentials rather than large bottles or full makeup collections.

For OEM projects, the final pouch size should be developed around the actual products being packed. Product thickness is especially important because a flat pouch loses usable width as thicker items are added.
This structure works particularly well with simple branding.
Because the pouch has a clean front surface, a small centered logo can create a more refined result than oversized artwork. Foil stamping can be used when a metallic effect is required, while embossing or debossing can provide a more subtle finish.
