Structured Insulated Cooler Tote with a Wide Rectangular Base

This non-woven insulated cooler bag uses a tapered gusseted construction rather than a simple flat tote shape.

The current reference version measures approximately 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Its side gussets narrow toward the zipper opening and expand toward a 20 cm wide flat rectangular bottom, creating useful space for meal containers, bottled drinks, packaged groceries and picnic supplies.

The wide base also makes rectangular food packaging easier to arrange inside the bag compared with narrow lunch bags or flat promotional coolers.

Tapered Side Gussets with Bound Exterior Seams

The bag has clearly defined triangular side gussets that create a wider base and a narrower upper profile.

Bound exterior seams run along the side structure, helping finish the exposed edges while giving the cooler bag a more defined three-dimensional shape.

Nylon Coil Zipper with Metal Puller

The top opening uses a nylon coil zipper with a metal slider and puller.

The zipper provides a more enclosed thermal compartment than an open-top insulated tote and gives users convenient access when loading food, drinks or grocery items.
